Your information is used solely to administer your assessment, generate your report, and communicate with you about your results. We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties.
Assessment results are shared ONLY with you unless you explicitly authorize sharing with a coach, scout, program, or other party. You control who sees your data.
All data is stored on encrypted servers using Cloudflare infrastructure based in the United States. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and protected by TLS 1.3 in transit.
For athletes under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required before taking the assessment. We maintain COPPA and FERPA-aligned practices for all minor athlete data.
Assessment results are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

By purchasing an assessment, you agree to take the assessment honestly and independently. No collaboration, screen sharing, or external assistance is permitted during timed sections. Violations may result in score invalidation without refund.
Assessment results are for informational purposes only. PSI scores are not a clinical diagnosis, not a measure of general intelligence, and not a guarantee of athletic performance. Results reflect football-specific cognitive performance under standardized testing conditions.
Each assessment purchase is for a single individual. Results are non-transferable. Sharing your login or assessment link with another person is a violation of these terms.
All assessment items, scoring algorithms, report formats, and PSI branding are the intellectual property of Advanced Learning Academy LLC. Reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution of assessment content is prohibited.
All sales are subject to our refund policy below.
Full refund available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not started the assessment.
No refund. Once you have started the assessment, you have received the service (the cognitive assessment and resulting report). No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress assessments.
If technical issues prevent you from completing the assessment, contact us for a free re-test or full refund. We will work with you to resolve any technical problems.
